This Dockerfile builds. The tests pass. It also has four bugs: every build reinstalls dependencies, the base image is latest, your .env is inside the image, and the junit report dies with the container. Separately, one test cannot reach the node.

Two pull requests, one shared environment. Run the job twice at the same time and both go red; run it twice in a row and the second run sees the first run's rows. The node password is in the compose file.
